KERALA SALADINGREDIENTS 1. Yoghurt (Natural or Greek) 300-400ml 2. Tomatoes 2/3 medium 3. Red Onion 1 4. Green Chilli 1 5. Salt to taste 6. Coriander leaves A few sprigs METHOD • Dice the onion into small cubes. • Dice the tomatoes into small cubes. • Slit the green chilli. • Wash and cut the coriander leaves into small pieces. • Place ingredients 1-5 in a bowl and mix them well. • Before serving, garnish with a few coriander leaves.
