PAL PAYASAM This is a traditional Hindu sweet dish served at ceremonies such as religious festivities or weddings
Ingredients:1 litre milk 1/2 cup brown /white broken rice (grind in dry grinder for 2-3 sec) 6 pods cardamom (remove skin and powder finely) 1/2 cup condensed milk 1 tbsp. butter ¼ cup slivered almonds or cashew nuts
Method:1. Cook rice in milk till soft.
