Lassi is a very nourishing and refreshing drink, which is favoured by everyone especially during the summer. It is very easy and quick to make. ![]() Mango Lassi Serves 4-6 people Ingredients
1 ½ cup Mango Pulp (Tinned) 1 ½ cups Water 1 cup Greek yoghurt 1 cup Full cream milk MethodCombine all the ingredients into the container of an electric blender and blend for 1 minute.
