Understanding cultural differences

In order to do business, good communication skills is vital and in terms that your clients can understand and empathize with.

Having lived in UK for more than 17 years, I understand the differences of both cultures and am in a better position to amalgamate the two cultural values.


 Workshop provides invaluable insight

  • into the rich heritage of Indian culture using slide presentation
  • Handy hints while preparing a trip to India, such as taxis, electricity, water, medical facilities, food and clothing
  • Applying NLP techniques to provide practical tools on 'understanding others' or
    how to be in a 'win-win situation'.
    This will enable delegates to understand the other person's point of view and also be aware of how to be flexible and have more choices in order to reach their desired goal.
