Sharmini.co.uk is an Interactive Indian Cookery web site, with a growing collection of recipes, articles and events aimed to compliment Sharmini's activities as a tutor.

Sharmini Thomas is an experienced Indian Cookery tutor, with 25 years of cooking experience. Sharmini teaches cookery courses in York and for the past decade she has been working for the City of York Council, teaching Indian cookery classes. Sharmini also conducts cookery demonstrations at various places including the Food and Drink festival, schools -both primary and secondary-GCSE students, out of school clubs, Radio York and NYBEP (North Yorkshire Business and Education Partnership) in York, England. She is also a 'Science and Engineering' Ambassador and  a judge (acknowledged as Gold Sponsor) for 'Engineering Inspirations' Education showcase July 2007/08 event.
