Dine at my table

Time: 7.30 pm

The Theme for the evening is Traditional 'Suriani Christian' delicacies or Syrian Christian cuisine

Syrian Christian cuisines in Kerala are 2000 years old which, according to research, is a mix of Portuguese influence, British flavour and Kerala tradition. Because of this, this type of food tends to be mild in spices.

This diet is predominately non-vegetarian. The flavour of food depends on fresh produce, stone ground spices and special utensils using coconut oil. This is the preferred cooking   medium -which perfectly compliments and adds a unique flavour to Malayali cuisine.
