Cookery is the only profession which arouses all our 5 senses. At any party, complete strangers seem to bond quickly over their common interest in food.
Therefore, having employees prepare meal together or watch a ' live demonstration ' is the perfect way of breaking down barriers with people from work.
Every person is an equal and important member of the team regardless of what role they play in your organization.

Neuro Understand our pattern of thinking Linguistic Understand the language we use - does it hinder us or empower us. Programming-The pattern of thought and behaviour can be changed so that it leads us to success and enable us to achieve our goal.
NLP helps us free ourselves from being stereotyped, enabling people to see their situation from a different point of view. It teaches practical and simple skills which is useful to everyday life and at work.

After discovering what you want, we can choose any of the above workshops that will deliver the team building results you aspire. Full Day event
My workshops are ‘an oasis of the senses’, where delegates experience the colours, touch and smell of exotic fruits, vegetables and spices, and taste the delicious dishes and drinks whilst preparing them to recreate the meal.
Step 1: Spice up
The day begins with discussion of the recipes that you will prepare. Understanding the different spices we use and with tutor’s guidance, prepare a starter and dip.
Have a break - enjoy the refreshments you have created.
Step 2: NLP theory workshop
Workshop will last approximately an hour and will be an ‘eye opener’ to
understand yourself and members of your team better.
Step 3: Cookingafter NLP training
Delegates work together once again to recreate selected dishes but this time,incorporating relevant practical tools learnt during the NLP workshop.
Step 4: Relax and dine!
Sit, relax down and enjoy the fantastic dishes you have just created.

1/2 Day event
The tutor will explain and demonstrate key techniques, while you create the dish in pairs or more and learn by doing the recipe. After cooking together for about 2 hours, sit down, relax, and enjoy the meal!

2.Functional room and timings to suit clients is an option too
3.Selecting a cuisine. Please inform of any dietary restrictions i.e. lactose or gluten intolerance, allergies or on religious grounds

Wearing Indian authentic clothes and feeling like one is an option too. Clothes for children are available too.
