I was short listed for the competition which was held at Bradford last week and am extremely delighted to be runner up.
All the competitor’s are proper chef’s and owners of restaurants and I am very honoured to have been short listed.
Am very happy to have scored high marks in the category of ‘taste and appearance’ for the 4 separate main course dishes which utilised lamb, poultry, fish and vegetable as main ingredients and accompanied with a rice dish.
Recipes for the poultry dish i.e. ‘Chicken Piralen’ and fish dish i.e. ‘Baked Salmon’ are seen in my recipe folder.

The day starts with introduction to the world of spices - seeing, feeling and familiarizing yourself with the different spices and aromas used in Indian cooking.
